To complete the order you must accept and become a party of the following agreement:

2:1 Essay has a team employees who are at hand to take orders and process them. The customer agrees that any views expressed by employees about how the service shall be used are given as advice only and do not constitute advice. The customer also accepts that these views of employees and market researchers may not comply or misinterpreted with the regulations of 2:1 Essay.

The customer agrees that it his/hers responsibility to check guidelines and regulations of institutions (universities, colleges and schools). The customer also accepts that 2:1 Essay is in no way liable for the breach of any guidelines or regulations of any Universities, colleges or schools.

2:1 Essay promise to provide research to be of a minimum 2:1 standard. The customer agrees to check the work to determine whether the minimum standard has been met. If the customer believes that the standard has not been met then the customer agrees to contact 2:1 Essay within 24hours (after) of the due delivery date. The customer will not be charged for this and 2:1 Essay will provide the customer with free amendments so that the original needs and specification are met. However, if the customer fails to reply within the 24 hour time limit then charges may be incurred or in some exceptional case may be not be refused.

Once an order been paid the customer agrees that the order cannot be cancelled

The customer accepts that no refund will be given once payment has been received due the nature of services provided, however only in exceptional circumstances such as non delivery refunds may be given at the discretion of 2:1 Essay.

21 Essays £1,000 No Plagiarism Guarantee applies when a plagiarism is detected by the customer in the work it has been supplied by 21 Essay and the definition of plagiarism for these purposes is taken to constitute any act where the Expert has copied, paraphrased, edited, summarised or rearranged any information from any website, book, journal, essay, past piece of work or any other source, either in whole or in part, without properly acknowledging the source, unless specifically requested to do so by the Customer.

The guarantee will not apply in circumstances where 21 Essay detects plagiarism before the work is supplied to the Customer, in which case a rewrite or a full refund will be provided.

21 Essay agrees that if any expert responsible for any plagiarism offence fails to award the £1,000 compensation, that they will assist the Customer by providing a copy of the Expert’s contract with 21 Essay, and their name and address, for the Customer to bring a remedial action directly

The customer agrees that due to the nature of the service provided 2:1 Essay inaccuracies may occur and 2:1 Essay will not be held responsible.
